Class: Y1/2 - Mr Wright Year: 2021 - 2022

As part of British Science Week and the topic of growth, we discussed the importance of tree growth and how this affects animals and creatures. We went to explore want creatures we could find in our forest area and then came back to class to complete an activity in which we drew a tree along with some animals and creatures who use it as their habitat. We then wrote about what would happen if trees were cut down. The children produced some fantastic pieces of work and it was a beautiful day to explore our school environment!
