WRAPAROUND PROVISION

Our Breakfast and After School Club are very popular and provide a happy environment for children who attend. Breakfast Club is run by Mrs Heatman and Miss Jones who are ably assisted by Mrs Hickey, Mrs Thomas and Mrs Hardwick. After School Club is managed by Mrs Hardwick, supported by Mrs White. All of the staff who work in our wrap around clubs are already employed at Northway so they are well known to the children. The wraparound clubs follow the school’s healthy eating policy by offering a range of cereals, toast, yogurts and fruit and healthy snacks. Activities range from art and crafts to outdoor play. They also introduce activities through a range of media i.e. musical instruments, ICT and computers. If you would like further details, please contact the school office.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is open every day from 7.50am until your child starts their school day. Children from Nursery to Y6 can attend. Children are then escorted to their classroom for registration. The cost is £3.50 per session. Breakfast Club takes place in the infant hall.  

For health & safety reasons, the latest time children can be admitted into Breakfast Club is 8:30am. Any child arriving after this time will have to be taken to their classroom by their parents. 

Breakfast Club serves food until 8:15am. Any child arriving after this time, will need to have had their breakfast before they arrive at club. 

After School Club

After School Club runs from 3:15pm to 5:45pm each day in the infant hall. We welcome children from Reception up to Y6. Each night the children will receive a snack and a drink. There is also time for them to complete any homework they might have. 

The cost is £9.00 per session.

All bookings and payments for wraparound care are made via the School Gateway app. Bookings should be made 24 hours in advance, where possible. Bookings can also be cancelled via the School Gateway app. If you require any support accessing the app, please contact the school office.
