Class: Y5/6 - Mrs Reardon Year: 2016 - 2017

Over the last few weeks, Y6 have been learning about soup. We started by looking at different vegetables and tasting different types of soup. After this, we designed our own soup recipes that we could make and deliver to Kenyon's lodge.  

Today, we made our soup! We peeled, cut and cooked all of the vegetables and added stock and spices to make them into delicious soup. We walked down to Kenyon's Lodge to meet the residents and deliver our soup. We were really lucky that they tried it while we were there and told us how much they loved it!
