Wonderful Writing In Year 2

We have been writing recounts in our English lessons this week and the writing has been brilliant. Before we wrote our recounts, we read a book called 'What Can I Write? Rosie Writes Again' by Martina Selway in which a girl called Rosie recounts what she did over the holidays and this gave us plenty of ideas about what we could include in our own writing. We spent a lesson planning what we were going to write about before writing some fantastic recounts of our summer holidays. As you can see from the photographs, we loved writing our recounts and Mr Wright also loved reading them!
