Super Self-Portraits In Year 2

Class: Y1/2 - Mr Wright Year: 2021 - 2022

In our Art lessons during the Autumn term, we looked at self-portraits and learnt a range of new skills. We discussed the work of different artists, such as Frida Kahlo, before looking at how line, shape and colour are used in art. We worked on drawing and shading using pencil before using a variety of media, like colour pencils, chalk and pastels. We then used the skills we had learnt to produce some fantastic self-portraits.
