Outdoor Classroom Day - Reception

Class: Reception - Mrs Harrison Year: 2020 - 2021

Thursday 5^th November was National Outdoor Classroom Day and during this day we spent some extra time outdoors in our wonderful school grounds. We looked for different textures around us and had lots of fun!

Now more than ever, spending quality time outside is just as important for children’s development as learning to develop their skills inside. 

Learning outside of the classroom engages and excites children in spectacular ways! 

Outdoor play, no matter what age your child is and connecting to nature is important in improving children’s health, wellbeing and happiness.
