Today, the children in Upper Juniors had a visit from Dr Diane Davies who is an archaeologist who specialises in the ancient Maya. The children learnt lots of interesting facts about this ancient civilisation, including how the calendar works and they looked at different artefacts too and discussed what they might have been used for.
