Anti-Bullying Week In Year 2

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Y1/2 - Mr Wright Year: 2021 - 2022

We loved taking part in Anti-Bullying Week last week and we spent time discussing the different ways that we could show kindness to others. You can see the video for this year's anti-bullying campaign here:

We completed a range of activities throughout the week, including designing and creating our very own 'kindness coins' which we used for 'The Northway Kindness Coin Chase'. After creating our kindness coins, we gave them to our School Council who hid them all around the school and we worked together in our school teams to find them. We will find out the winning team in our assembly on Friday!

We also wrote a kind quote or picture of a kind act on clouds and added these to letters which spelt out KIND. This is on display in the windows facing our playground and is a permanent reminder for us all to be kind.
