Another exciting week in Reception

Class: Reception - Mrs Harrison Year: 2020 - 2021

This week, we found another golden envelope! Mrs McKenzie came to open it with us, and inside was a letter telling us that we are going to be getting a school dog! We talked about how to care for Bentley and what to do when he came to visit us. We are so excited!

We read Elmer together and talked about how each one of us is unique, and that is what makes us so special!

We also went on a magic carpet ride, we went so high into the air that we got all wet in the rain clouds!!!! We went for a ride over our homes and talked about our favourite toys. Then we all did some fantastic writing about our toys, using initial sounds to label our toys. We have also been writing our names. We have been busy bees! Keep practising your name and letters at home!
