Anti-bullying week in Year 3

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Y3 - Mrs O'Connor & Mrs Shimmin Year: 2017 - 2018

This week we have been discussing what is means to be unique and equal. We celebrated how we are all different and what makes each one of us special. We all wrote our names on the desks and then the other members of the class wrote words to describe us. We then returned to our seats and got to read the lovely things that others think about us. We had words such as: kind, intelligent, strong, amazing and funny. We all felt really special and also put a lot of thought into how we made others feel with our word choices and the power of words.

This week we have also been nominating people who have shown acts of kindness. These children have received raffle tickets and will be in with a chance of winning a kindness prize on Monday!
