Acts of Kindness in Y1/2

Lesson: Personal, Social and Emotional Education

This week, we are working extra hard in Year 1/2 to be kind to one another. We have discussed small ways in which we can show kindness and have each been given a heart with the name of someone else in our class on. During the week, we are going to try to 'secretly' show small acts of kindness to that person and, on Friday, we will see if that person has noticed us being extra kind to them. 

We have also discussed how being kind to others is good for our own health and the wonderful effect that acts of kindness can have on our body. We are going to always try to 'pass along' the kindness we receive from others.
