Sports Week In Year 2

Class: Y1/2 - Mr Wright Year: 2020 - 2021
This week we have all absolutely loved taking part in Sports Week at Northway. The idea of Sports Week was to promote physical education and to provide the children with something fun, exciting and engaging at the end of a difficult year. The activities were designed so that every child could take part and to give the children a sense of working together, fostering team spirit. The events included football, basketball, running and catching and throwing. We received points for our school teams for each activity and it was a brilliant week.
